  Strengths: not sure, yet!

  Weaknesses: Nowhere in our RAZR V3 "manual" we received with the phone does it even cover the connection to you computer for "managing" things as easy as your pictures and directory.

  Overall Evaluation: WARNING! Make sure you get ALL the updates available for your phone via "live update" under programs menu before you plug in your phone! It will take several passes and they are huge. I still have not had time to get them all. If you have already connected your phone (as I did) you will have to use the utility provided to "remove" the memory of this from your computer or it will will not work.

  Strengths: Works as expected. Very user-friendly. If you have any technical skills, you can figure out how to navigate through the software like a champ in minutes.

  Weaknesses: The software didn't work with my ATT/ Cingular Krzr as told it would by both Motorola and Only Original. I was able to get it resolved within 20 - 30 minutes.

  Overall Evaluation: I got my software because I needed to migrate my phone data off of my old KRZR and on to my new one. This was needed as part of a warranty swap out. I called Motorola to verify the 4.0 software was compatible with my phone and I was told it was. When I went to use it, I couldn't get it to work. I called Motorola again for Tech support, and I was told I needed the 4.5 version. I was emailed that free of charge to get my problem rectified. The whole process took me approx 2 hours. (From my initial attempts to try and install to my trouble shooting with Motorola to getting everything up and configured as I needed.) Software does work great once you get it configured and set-up properly.

  Strengths: Downloading photos from the cellular phone to the computer and uploading ring tones to the phone.

  Weaknesses: The calendar and phone list is too dificult to use unless specific Microsoft software is utilized on the computer.

  Overall Evaluation: I use other software than microsoft for my calendar, address book and telephone number list (WinDates and Day-Timer). The software I use is not compatable with Mobile Phone Tools 4.0. I did make a copy of the phone numbers in my phone so if something fails I will have a list. Motorola and this software company should consider that one listing (person) can have more than one telephone number, ie Home, Office, Cellular and voice mail/other. I do enjoy the option of uploading photos of my granddaughters on my phone. Mobile Phone Tools 4.0 needs to be more logical and usable. I don't need and won't use the phone modem and it confuses the loading and use of the software, Mobile Phone Tools 4.0.

  Strengths: Works OK for a few items, NOT for Verizon pictures.

  Weaknesses: Difficult to set up. Needed to get updated software to work on a Moto Razer v3. It will not transfer pictures from the phone to a pc as I had hoped. It will with other providers but not Verizon. That

  Overall Evaluation: This software does what it is supposed to do but NOT on a verizon phone. They have the ability to transfer pics (for sure and possibly music which I did not try). I believe they want you to use their own service for music. Not as friendly as other providers.

  Overall Evaluation: HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS PRODUCT,WORKS GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS EVEN BETTER. I LOVE IT... NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPPING OR INS.. TO MY COMP.. DOWNLOADED A LOT OF RINGTONES AND I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE VERY GOOD.

  Strengths: Never have to buy pictures or ringtones again. Organize & synch your phonebook from your computer.

  Weaknesses: States that it may not work with Verizon phones (Verizon has disabled some of the audio & video features; this is not Motorola's fault).

  Overall Evaluation: The software is very easy to use & has a built-in tutorial the first time you use each feature. Extremely easy to create & preview ringtones & pictures that you've created.

  Weaknesses: Does not work. Installed on 2 WinXP and 1 VistaU.

  Overall Evaluation: Unable to use this software to connect my phone, RAZR V3XX. Tried numerous fixes found on forums and Motorola's site. Completely unusable. Installed on 2 WinXP and 1 Vista Ultimate. The errors seem to be related to the drivers used.

  Overall Evaluation: Save and edit your contact list. Edit and add your own ring tones. Add your own screen savers! What's not to love? This will let you use your phone with your laptop as a Cell Modem. ROCK ON!

  Weaknesses: USB cable is defected had to use a different usb cable and for some reson I can't download from my computer to phone. phone disconnects

  Overall Evaluation: I got it around the time frame. The USB cable you had to hold the end that go to the phone a certain way for it to connect got tired of that so I got my sony USB cable and got it to work uploaded somethings from the computer but now all I can do is to upload to my memory card

  Strengths: loads easily to my laptop and has good graphics compared to my Nokia Suite

  Weaknesses: Does not recognize my new KRZR phone when plugged in

  Overall Evaluation: Seems like a great product; however, it does not work with my KRZR. When the phone is plugged in, the software says it does not recognize my "device." After hours on the help line to no avail, they gave me a free link to download the software directly from the programmer. Still doesn't work at all. My 15 year old asked to use it for her RAZR, and within minutes she was able to do all of the features on her phone. Still have it installed on my computor and set up for the KRZR k1 and hope someday it works. The most consistant messages are "cannot recognise attached device" and "there are no drivers installed for this application."
