    Strengths: Loads of fun creating videos and ring tones. Works great.

    Weaknesses: Sometimes has a problem connecting to the phone but seems that if I restart both the software and the phone then it always starts working again.

    Overall Evaluation: We've had a great time creating ring tones from our mp3 files. This works great.It sometimes has a problem connecting to the phone but seems that if I restart both the software and the phone then it always starts working again.Overall, I'd recommend this product.

    Strengths: Product works fine once you get it installed correctly. But....

    Weaknesses: No help included to resolve problem with the v3m. Requires trial and error by the owner.

    Overall Evaluation: But it takes some time to get the installation right if your phone isn't listed on the program, and it is supposed to work with with the program. I Had to reinstall 3 times using different phone names listed because my razr v3m isn't on the list of phones. And if you don't have a name that is accepted the multimedia section of the program won't be available to use.

    Strengths: easy to use

    Weaknesses: no instructions. have to delete and reinstall after every use.

    Overall Evaluation: The product worked very well. Problems with cable connections and having to delete and reinstall to use because it does not recognize modem or cannot find phone. The transfers are quick and easy once you understand what you are doing. Have and would recommend it to others.

    Strengths: Accessories to accommodate various Motorola phone products

    Weaknesses:

    Overall Evaluation: The software was straighforward to install, registration was automatic, and software updates were made before even using the product for the first time. Configuration to my specific phone took a little time (without documentation to refer to) but software performed satisfactory afterwards.

    Strengths: Overall I did like the product. I bought it mainly so I could take pictures with my phone and transfer them to my computer which I did.

    Weaknesses: I had to install and uninstall the program several times to get it to work.

    Overall Evaluation: I had to install and unistall the program several times. The first time the cable came loose from the phone, the second time it could't locate my phone and the third time the tale end of the instructions didn't make sense. I wanted to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer using the file transfer studio and the program keeps telling me I cannot transfer folder. So I have been transfering the photos from my phone with the image studio to the computer. I noticed there is no root folder for my phone in th file transfer studio and the program doesn't tell me what to do so I can make the transfer.

    Strengths:

    Weaknesses: I don't understand how to use it fully. Not including instructions is a BAD idea!

    Overall Evaluation: I think the program works--it's just that I can't cut songs and just use segments of them for ringtones...and I don't know how to do it since there are no instructions. So I have no use for the cropping and editing function at all since they don't work for me.

    Strengths: Ease of use

    Weaknesses: Taks a little while to recognize phone

    Overall Evaluation: This software works great. It allows for easy transfer of files between my V3 and my computer, allowing custom ringtones and visuals for important phone numbers, as well as the ability to back everything up. I read someone elses recommendation to get MPT ver. 4. They were right.

    Strengths: easy to use.

    Weaknesses: Have had a little trouble getting phone to connect to computer.

    Overall Evaluation: I haven't tried to use all the features of this software yet. I made backing up my phone book and tranfering my photos to my computer a snap.Sometimes when I connect the phone the software has trouble connecting to the phone.At the price I got this online I am overall happy with the purchase.

    Strengths: Nice feature to be able to charge phone from laptop, as well as sync calendar and contacts from Outlook or other similar tools.

    Weaknesses: No substitute for a Palm or other PDA device. Calendar has limited characters it supports. Interface is a little awkward.

    Overall Evaluation: It has been great to have this little addition for my Motorola RAZR V3c phone. It is nice being able to charge off the USB port, as well as synchronize my calendar and contacts. I spent some extra time getting my Outlook and phone contacts in sync first, but I think it paid off since now I have a nice clean list in both Outlook and my phone. When I add someone in Outlook, it automatically gets added to my phone on my next sync.

    Strengths: transfer of data between motorola phone and windows pc

    Weaknesses: some phones lock out what sort of data can be transferred

    Overall Evaluation: The ability to use Outlook to create and manage calendar appointments and contact information, and for that information to be moved back and forth between the PC and the phone is invaluable if changing phones, and a great usability tool for day-to-day usage
