    Strengths: none

    Weaknesses: does not work for razor v3m. updates to latest and will not keep the ringtone converter it will back up the phone but that is it.

    Overall Evaluation: This program is not worth the money, it does not work as advertised it started out with a ringtone converter than it upgraded which I had to do to connect to my razor v3m and I lost the ringtone converter and all it will do is back up the phone book.Don't waste your money.

    Strengths: Product does what I thought it would! Went to Best Buy to purchase same product and they wanted quadruple the price.

    Weaknesses:

    Overall Evaluation: I highly recommend this product. If you purchase at any well known stores you are going to pay a whole lot more. I have a different phone then what the product was intended for, but it works great with my phone and installation was a breeze

    Strengths: easy to use and cost effective

    Overall Evaluation: This item is fantastic. It allows me to create ring tones and transfer them to my phone. This saves me so much money. You can also use it to get pictures off of your camera phone.

    Strengths: allows you to connect to your computer to transfer files etc without using your minutes etc

    Weaknesses: cable fitting hard to use

    Overall Evaluation: Unfortunately Motorola used a horrible connection piece for many of their phones. They are known to have issues with chargers so I'm not suprised to see that the cable for this also has connection problems. Hope to see that fixed in ALL future models.

    Strengths: It works.

    Weaknesses: Not as seamless as DataPilot, a competitive offering from a 3rd-party software company.

    Overall Evaluation: Most of my complaints are related to the fact that I don't like Outlook or Outlook Express' Address book. If this product would interface with a csv file or tab delimited format, it would be much easier to use and more universal. Nonetheless, it does work. After using a DataPilot product, it did seem like a step in the wrong direction. But, DataPilot did not interface with the Moto L2 I just purchased.

    Strengths: Seems to synchronize phone contacts OK with MS Outlook.

    Weaknesses: No manual for installation or use. Calendar items are limited in terms of number of characters and fields (no addresses).

    Overall Evaluation: So far, I have not been very impressed. The original disk was warped which required a new disk being sent. I am not sure I would recommend this but if only limited capabilities are needed it would seem to be OK.

    Weaknesses: none

    Overall Evaluation: Can download my pictures & video from my razr to my PC. Created my own ringtones from compact discs and placed on my phone for use. Very fun to use for text messages as you can type on your computer's keyboard alot faster than on your phone.

    Strengths:

    Weaknesses: Poor shipping and packaging.

    Overall Evaluation: Poor, minimal packaging caused CD to arrive damaged. Not very trusting company. Insisted I send the bad cd back before they sent a new one. Took over a week after I received the product before I could actually it. I would probably not purchase from this company again. Price was the only deciding factor.

    Strengths: Backing up my contacts.

    Weaknesses: Does NOT have all features activated for the Motorola E815 like the Motorola website states.

    Overall Evaluation: I wish the software had all the icons avaliable like the Motorola website shows for my phone. I am still learning how to use it but it looks easy from what I can see.

    Overall Evaluation: Verizon, and I've also heard Nextel, had disabled the ability to load anything into your phone, so Mobile Phone Tools 4.0 is largely useless, except for backing up your Contacts.
