Strengths: price, quality
Weaknesses: no DVI
Overall Evaluation: I bought it with my Dell 4600. The image is pretty good, no ghosting, no dead pixels. For the same price, other brands can't beat Dell. Go for it!

Strengths: Bought one for a customer and the picture is outstanding. Great monitor. NO dead pixel.
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: I read the other ratings for this LCD and am extremely happy with the purchase. NO dead pixels, a snap to set up and the price was a bargain. I went from a Trinitron 19" CRT and was waiting for these LCD's to drop in price and thought I wouldn't be happy with a 17", but was I surprised. I don't know what makes these babies tick, but the resolution @ 1280 X 1024 is sharp as a razor. Great Value and Highly recomend this Bargain LCD.

Overall Evaluation: I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy this product again. I had heard very good things from family members who are using the Dell monitor and that is why I purchased this monitor. I am very satisfied with my choice.

Strengths: Size and price
Weaknesses: None so far
Overall Evaluation: This is one of the best monitors I have ever used. It is also my first LCD. Dell makes excellent monitors at a reasonable price, free with system (in my case). The words are crystal clear and playing games on it worked perfectly without any noticable defects. I would recommend this monitor.

Strengths: Its real fast ( Play Halo and see what I mean )Its so small ( Yet the screen isn't) you don't have to worry when it's time for a LAN gaming tournament. No ghosting,Sharpest picture best color!
Weaknesses: Looks? Not all futuristic-looking..Dell's old non-gaming reputation gets in the way of this display's true gamer-friendly quality.
Overall Evaluation: Awsome display, beats the Samsung 2-1, it's as good as a Viewsonic, though it has a few less non-standard options that only the Viewsonic has to offer. If you're itching for the best most supported brand name, this is on par with a Sony. If you're biased and like the cool looks, I don't care what you waste you're money on, go buy a Sony for twice the price.. You'll be kicking yourself when you can't afford an NVidia NV40 GPU/ Video Card down the line. Graphic Performance + Vigor + Unbeatable price = Best Value.
