  Strengths: Wireless works well in a large area, Good Security features

  Weaknesses: Needs router reset sometimes for Internet to work.

  Overall Evaluation: A basic wireless networking kit at a reasonable price. Router has good wireless signal through out a large area. Easy to setup and the Wireless card can be used with laptops and Desktops for wireless connectivity.

  Strengths: Strong signal -- No problem with MSN Messenger

  Weaknesses: Somewhat complicated with setting up.

  Overall Evaluation: I bought this new wireless router to replace the old one. Actually, I need only wireless router but this set came to my attention because of its price. I think I got this one at a reasonable price given that I would be able to get the rebate from CompUSA! At first, it seems to have a problem with driver installation. My laptop is running with Windows XP. I am unsure what I did wrong but I asked my friend who knows more technical than I to help. He reinstalled and set up for me. Right now it is working quite well. Its signal is pretty strong. I used to use TrendNet wireless router before. Sometime TrendNet's signal seemed too low. Also, it has a problem when running with MSN Messenger. I got disconnected several times when I used MSN Messenger. With the new Linksys router, it works well so far and I do not seem to have any problem with it. I like it!

  Overall Evaluation: This is a good wirelss combo pack and I am glad I bought it. This kit reasonably priced when I bought it. I liked the easy installation. It is easy to use and does not require a high level of techie expertise to install, use or troubleshoot.I am pretty much happy with the card and router as of now. It appears like the card does not link to the available network some times but does link when notebook is restarted. However, it is a good product.

  Overall Evaluation: We got this G network set for an very bargain price of $35 Very happy for the purchsae. After plug in and install all spes. I figure that the network is not so stable. Sometime it 's need take a while for my PC to find the G network. Everything else is good..

  Strengths: Notebook card works very well with other wireless routers but not the one it came with.

  Weaknesses: Wireless connection keeps dropping, no matter how far my computer is away from the router!

  Overall Evaluation: This is a bundle of two products with huge difference of quality. The notebook card works well with other wireless routers. But the router keeps dropping the wireless connection the first day I started to use it.I'd recommend buying the router and card separately and not trying to get some bundle such as this. It may cost a little more, but in the long run it will save you money. Again, don't buy it!

  Strengths: Easy Installation, good signal range and good speed, many options to configure your wireless connection

  Weaknesses: Connection drops once in a while

  Overall Evaluation: This is a good basic use wireless router, I can connect within most areas of my house. Unfortunately, the connection is lost once in a while and the router (and cable modem) has to be reset. This also happened in my other linksys wireless G router.

  Strengths: easy to setup, not expensive

  Weaknesses: sometimes, the connection drops

  Overall Evaluation: The price is OK, I paid only $50 to get both router and notebook wireless adapter. The setup is easy, and the router offer wireless connection and wired connection as well. Not like other Linksys router, the bundled router doesn't support 3rd party firmware.

  Strengths: strong signal in all corners of the houseeasy to set up using the given software

  Weaknesses: perhaps two antennas could enhance the signal a little bit

  Overall Evaluation: I installed the card into the laptop and since then it has performed well. Great speed both uploading and downloading even in the most remote corner of the house away from the router. The Set up was no hassle even for someone with no network experience.

  Strengths: stable signal strength and distance! Cheap!

  Weaknesses: None really

  Overall Evaluation: A great product especially for its cheap price. Other products at the same level are more than $100. I got this for only $39. Great deal. Works very well. Its signal is very stable. Signal strength and distance are okay for me.I would recommend it.

  Strengths: Cheap. Easy to install. Good range.

  Weaknesses: Bulky. Poor instruction.

  Overall Evaluation: It was very easy to install, but the enclosed instruction is useless and a waste of time. If you are familiar with networking setup, I recommend that you should ignore the instruction and believe your knowledge. It is a piece of cake then. The router has a very good signal range. I wish Linksys had made the router slimmer, but I have no complaint about its functionality. No comment on the PC Card, because I did not have an opportunity to use it.
