Overall Rating: 4 Star Review
Duration of ownership:3 Weeks
Strengths: Good quality picture. Decent price. Great Warranty. Tilts.
Weaknesses: Mine had 1 dead pixel. No DVI or USB inputs.
Overall Evaluation: If you want a quality, basic monitor and don't want a widescreen, this may be your ticket. It has a nice picture, easy to use controls, and is easy to setup. Mine did have one dead pixel, but it comes with a zero dead pixel warranty, so I can get it replaced if I decide it bothers me too much. This monitor does tilt, which isn't always the case in this size/price range. It doesn't have a DVI input, which I don't understand since every graphics card I've gotten in the past 5 years has DVI, but whatever, the picture is still very good. Overall, a very good monitor from a reputable manufacturer at a reasonable price.

Duration of ownership:1 Weeks
Strengths: price, refresh rate, resolution, brand name
Weaknesses: weight, no DVI
Overall Evaluation: This is a great monitor for regular users and office personnel that would like to get rid of their old CRT monitor. Price is very affordable and not to purchase it would be passing a great deal and a chance to upgrade.

Overall Rating: 5 Star Review
Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Very bright, vivid and crisp! No doubtfully the best I ever used!
Weaknesses: none found.
Overall Evaluation: This LCD is absolutely the greatest I ever used. The picture quality is very sharp, with a bright screen and wide-viewable angels. The setup was also simple. It is quite slim and does not take much space on your desktop. Samsung also offers a rebate which makes the deal sweeter!

Overall Rating: 4 Star Review
Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Slim design, colorful and vivid screen, fast response
Weaknesses: no DVI
Overall Evaluation: The SyncMasters series have a good review in history. This product is one of the best I used for a 19" LCD. The picture quality is terrific, colorful screen, high contrast ratio, fast response (8ms). It supports up to 1280 x 1024 at 75 Hz, which meets most of my applications: online surfing, word processing, etc. When I use it to watch movies, it is quite bright, without any ghosting effect. Happy with this screen.

Overall Rating: 5 Star Review
Duration of ownership:2 Weeks
Strengths: Intuitive setup, bright and crisp picture, warranty is 3 years parts and labor
Weaknesses: Quick setup instructions are all visual, if you need words you have to go to the cd
Overall Evaluation: I've had the monitor for a couple of weeks and am quite pleased. This is my first LCD so that may have something to do with it. I got this one through buy.com and it arrive with no issues, no dead pixels, no worries. I can't really imagine needing more out a basic LCD monitor. I don't have video inputs but I don't need them. Can't beat the warranty.
