  Strengths: Great quality, can watch TV from anywhere, inexpensive

  Weaknesses: Difficult (atleast it was for me) setup

  Overall Evaluation: I have had this product a little over 3 months. Once I got through the initial setup, it has been really smooth. The product itself works great and does exactly what they say it can. You can hook it up to your TIVO to be able to watch what you want whenever you want and wherever you want. The actual physical product is very small and compact. You can hide it just about anywhere. Sony tech support is very helpful. The guy I spoke with was on the phone with me for about 30 minutes and was very nice. The real test for this product will be in a week when I go to Florida for two months. I know it will work flawlessly and I am glad that I can watch my Pennsylvania television 1000 miles away.

  Overall Evaluation: I received this free after rebate through a promotion Staples was running with the purchase of a computer. While familiar with it and the SlingBox, I'm not certain I would have purchased it. Set-up is definitely not intuitive or simple, but after I got it up and running I was very impressed with it. My DirecTV receiver is a TIVO DVR and on a recent trip was able to watch some stored programs I never had the chance to while home. Picture quality is acceptable, but certainly not outstanding. I had been subscribing to cable TV at my office and will now be able to cancel that due to this device. All in all, much handier and more useful than I would have imagined....especially for free.

  Overall Evaluation: This product serves as a base station which can transmit TV or other videos wirelessly, to either a laptop or PSP. It is extremely convenient for people using a lot of mobile computing. It can by set up in the corner of your room, so you can watch TV from laptop as long as the wireless signal permits. Usually there is no problem moving from room to room. The set up is not so easy you have to look for what you want and install softwares.

  Strengths: Small but powerful adaptor to allow watch live TV on the road!

  Weaknesses: A little expensive

  Overall Evaluation: This little and stylish device gives you the freedom to watch TV from any PSP or PC with internet connection, anywhere in the world. Though a little difficult to set up, it is very user-friendly to operate. The only thing that bothers me is the price -- wish it could be somewhat cheaper!

  Overall Evaluation: The perfect little device. Allows me to use my PC as a TV. It is compact adn hooks right to my wireles router. It has an on screen remote. You can hook this device up and watch TV from anywhere you want through the net from anywhere while on the go.

  Overall Evaluation: I got this b/c it was free after rebate with my laptop. Overall, this is another fine SONY product but lacking a few software fixes here and there. The quality of the video is decent and acceptable by my standards, I am into HDTV. But since this was free after rebate, there really isn't much to complain about. There is another version the b20 that is coming out with the bugs fixes hopefully.

  Overall Evaluation: Sony LocationFree LF-B10 is most suitable for people on move. Product is excellent to watch TV programs. I can watch my favorite TV programs on my Laptop. Also I can move around my Laptop and signals are good enough. I would highly recommend this product.Most disappointing feature is that player only works on one device and I believe we need to purchase more licenses to play on multiple devices.

  Strengths: Decent product. Does deliver as it should.

  Weaknesses: Could have a better quality video. No built in tuner.

  Overall Evaluation: From reading the package I was stunned what this product could do. Go it home and did some rewiring to set it where I wanted it. Quality is VCR quality through S-Video output.The software has a key and the unit registers it. If you want to use more then 1 computer to access the base station you need another key ( another software ). Cost is $29.99. This becomes expensive if you would like to have more then 1 PC to connect to it. If you have more then 1 PC then be willing to shell out more $29.99 for the additional keys. This unit is now becoming expensive !You need a good connection otherwise there are frame delays.

  Strengths: Easy to setup. Support PSP. Small.

  Weaknesses: Pricy.

  Overall Evaluation: The whole setup is easy and simple. You just need to download some plug-in and ready to go. Now I can watch TV everywhere. The picture quality is not great on desktop screen but it is perfect on PSP. The only problem keep me from giving a four star is the price.

  Overall Evaluation: This sony location-free base station is easy to setup, just a couple of wires out of box. It can provide a base station function to broadcast your TV programs so that you can watch them on your laptop or PSP through the network. The product is quite innovative and easy to use. But sony brand product is expensive.
