    Strengths: Looks, new features

    Weaknesses: Price, driver/ software support

    Overall Evaluation: I've got it for $45 only. The $300 pricetag is really ridiculous, wouldn't buy it for it, better to get XP OEM for $120. Looks nice, new start menu is very usefull, you can type any application, feature, link in it to start, instead of scrolling through pop-up menus. Almost every part of OS is configurable, so you can turn off some annoying pop-ups and etc. (of course you need to know what you're doing). All peripherals work, but some with limited configurations, software works too, even if it's stated as unsupported. Only one will not work (structural engineering application), waiting for patch. Bottom line - very nice OS if you get it cheap, but stick with XP otherwise.
