    Duration of ownership:4 Months

    Strengths: Worked very well on my ipaq 6515

    Weaknesses: Need exact software for your model ipaq (hp) as the software is not interchangeable with the different ipaq models

    Overall Evaluation: I had an ipaq 6515 which didn't work well and had to be replaced 3+ times by Cingular. I purchased the software for this ipaq. I traveled across the US and the software worked very well. When my ipaq (hp6515) quit again Cingular took it upon themselves to replace it with an upgrade ipaq 6925. The software was NOT compatible with the phone upgrade and Navteq told me they would be happy to trade it out for the 6925 software "IF" Cingular would write a letter telling Navteq I did not ask for the upgrade they just gave it to me. That was over a year ago and to this day Cingular swears there is "NO ONE" in their company to perform this simple task. So I am stuck with a $150.00 program I can't use! Make sure you don't anticipate changing phones before you invest in the software!
