Strengths: Too many to list here
Weaknesses: Shiny bezel can be too reflective at times
Overall Evaluation: WOW! I don't think there's a better HDTV for the money available than the mighty Samsung 4061. This model gives you more features than other major manufacturers models in this price range. 3 HDMI inputs, 2 antenna inputs, PIP and P&P, fully adjustable white balance, swivel base, accurate color, user menu settings saved for each input AND picture mode. Make a GREAT PC monitor also. There's an undocumented feature that I must mention. In the input menu, if you select 'edit name' and label HDMI1 as PC, it puts the 4061 into monitor mode and the picture quality is as good as Samsung's dedicated PC monitors.

Strengths: beautiful design, high picture quality with the HD channel, acceptable price
Weaknesses: audio quality not so good, especially compared when hooked up with stereo system.
Overall Evaluation: Overall I like this LCD TV very much. However, the quality of conventional analog channels were kind of bad compared with both the digital channels and the HD channels. I doubt whether this is also related to the quality of cable signal. It is interesting to find out whether it will be any better if it is connected with the satellite TV service. But once again, when you get used to watch the HD channels, you probably won't want to watch the conventional channels any more. Hopefully every channel will have the HD version in the future.

Strengths: Amazing picture quality
Weaknesses: Less than desirable sound quality
Overall Evaluation: I carefully compared this TV with many others in the market. There is just no other TVs in the similar price range that could produce the same level of picture quality. It is way better than the Sharp ones that I originally planned on buying. You could go cheap and try cheaper brands, but there is just no other TV with the same quality/price ratio. The sound, on the other hand, is at best mediocre. Probably due to space issues, the speakers are put on the top of the back of the TV, which makes the sound pretty unclear. But who buy a TV for the sound system anyway? You would be best served to put a decent home theater system to go with the picture quality.

Strengths: This well desinged HDTV is simply amazing. The HD moving pictures are stunning. The 3 built-in HDMI ports is a big plus.
Weaknesses: Built-in speaker is kinda weak.
Overall Evaluation: It has been a year since I wanted to replace my LCD monitor. I am glad that I picked the LN-T4060F. The 40" LCD is a perfect size for home theater and PC monitor. - Via "Just Scan" DVI-HDMI, the text, images and moving pictures beautifully display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. - Selected HD broadcast programs look pretty good too. For stunning pictures, invest money on Planet Earth HD-DVD.

Strengths: Great picture, beautiful design, easy to set up,remote feels great.
Weaknesses: So far no.
Overall Evaluation: My first HDTV. After studying for one month, I bought this one because of its decent price and good customer reviews. Now I'm very happy with my decision. 40' size fits my living room very well. Picture quality is excellent. In terms of contrast and brightness, it is almost comparable to a plasma one. Highly recommend this TV.

Strengths: This is one awesome TV. I did plenty of research online and at CC, before I finally plunked down my credit card. I even called Samsung support to clarify something.
Weaknesses: Since I use my home theater setup with my Bose speakers all the time I can't comment on the speakers as others have, other than that, there is nothing bad about this TV
Overall Evaluation: I bought my first Samsung TV in 1984 and they were making great TV's back then too. This TV is unbelieveable. We have a 43" Sony downstairs and the picture on the Samsung is better! We've got it wall mounted in our bedroom and all I wanna do is to stay in bed and watch it. Everything is just beautiful! You won't go wrong with this model.

Strengths: Excellent picture, ease of use, easy setup, price
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: I previously purchased a Samsung 32 inch LCD and was blown away by the picture. This model is step and the price on-line cannot be beat. Samsung TVs continue to improve their specs, options, and quality for all media viewing. Would recommend their products to anyone.

Strengths: Excellent contrast compared to many other brands. This not only affects black but the overall colors. With 1080p contents the image quality is just fabulous and significantly better than with 720p.
Weaknesses: Belly button on/off switch looks retarded.
Overall Evaluation: This tv has exceeded my expectations in every way. Picture quality is out of this world with HD contents. You would swear you can touch the people when playing 1080p content. When compared side by side with Sony's XBR this tv is equal if not better than the Sony's but at hundreds less. I would prefer the 65 series with it's higher contrast ratio but for $200 less I decided on this set instead and I couldn't be happier.

Strengths: Great 1080p picture. Piano black from lines all sides of the TV, including stand and rear. Numerous HD Input options. Swivel Stand. Hidden Speakers help to minimize the frame around the screen.
Weaknesses: NONE.
Overall Evaluation: I have been researching this model alone for several months now (returned a 1-month old Sharp Aquos to have this TV) And almost decided against it due to a lot of negative feedback out there, but my TV has none of these reported problems, and the sound is great (I think it sounds better than the 37" Aquos I had) Gaming has no lag (the aquos had a 6ms response time, and I notice no difference).
