Strengths: Very sturdy camera.. Zoom is awesome & for the price this is best camera in market.
Weaknesses: When I bought this available in only one color.
Overall Evaluation: Fuji has always been very good in the camera business, With this Fujifilm FinePix S700 you can have very great 7 mega pixel picture within your budget.I have used very similar cameras in past but this one is gr8.I love this camera.

Strengths: 7.1MP, 10X optical zoom, runs on AA batteries, 2.5" LCD, takes xD and SD cards.
Weaknesses: A little slow, especially between shots, small viewfinder.
Overall Evaluation: This is my second camera, my first being a Canon A530. I am amazed by the quality of the photos this one takes. Although you cannot compare it to a real SLR, at the price it comes this is a steal. The body is made of sturdy plastic and feels nice. One of the best budget ultrazooms!

Overall Evaluation: I don't have much to say coz I just got it at CC. At this price, no camera can beat S700 with 10x Zoom. Besides, this camera is really good-looking.

Overall Evaluation: I bought this camera for 200 bucks and I am loving it. The 10x optical zoom is amazing and I am able to take pictures at a distance with good quality. I highly recommend this camera. I wish that it comes it silver as well but I have no complaints about the black one except that silver is my favorite color in electronics.

Overall Evaluation: I bought this several weeks ago and have used it frequently since. I LOVE the quality of image and the ease of use. My kids can take shots with it as well. The videos are a big plus, but the absolute best part has to be the zoom on this camera. I have really enjoyed the crispness of the photos, and the just how close I can get to things with it. The only thing I didn't care for was the small size of the memory, but I upgraded with an additional card. The card was easy to install, and since then, its worked like a dream. I have had no trouble with it at all. I had been looking at an SLR camera and this was a nice compromise between it and a standard digital. Very well worth the price.

Overall Evaluation: This is a great camera with a 10X optical Zoom. The pictures taken by it is comparable to its double prized compatitor Canon S5 IS. The low light performance is better tahn Canon S5 IS, plus its low price tag beats the Canon S5 in all respects.

Overall Evaluation: People, this camera can use regular batteries. Four Energetix battery gave me 250 shots. The picture quality is pretty good. We took a lot of amazing pictures in yellowstone. However at night it has noises. One more thing, the flash light will pop up suddenly if you choose "auto" mode and if the light is not strong, which may scare yourself when you first use this or when your fingers are on the top of the camera. Just keep this in mind.

Strengths: Great camera and very easy to use. The 10x zoom works fine for me and it is not too large to fit in my purse.
Weaknesses: So far, I have not found any weaknesses.
Overall Evaluation: This little camera takes great pictures. The other reviewers failed to mention that you can also attache other lenses to this camera. I purchased extra filter lenses i.e. a UV filter and other polarizing lenses to make my pictures even clearer. I also purchased a slave flash that attaches to the tripod hole on the bottom, since this camera does not have a hotshoe. By using a slave flash (the kind that gets triggered off when your own internal flash goes off) you can get great indoor shots when the lighting is not the best. Also, use the new 2900 mAh rechargeable batteries and throw out any that are under 2500 mAh. The newer cameras need the higher mAh.
