Strengths: Great voice quality on both sides of the conversation.
Weaknesses: Ear loop tends to pull ear plug out of ear requiring frequent adjustment.
Overall Evaluation: Overall, the best headset in terms of comfort and ability to have a conversation (after all isn't that why we use a headset). Easy to synch with Palm Treo.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Not sure it was broken when I received it.
Weaknesses: Not sure b/c I got a defective unit.
Overall Evaluation: I would not question the Jawbone so much as I would the merchant. I don't think this merchant sells brand new unopened products. I believe this Jawbone was used to some degree. I don't spend $100 on something to have it arrive in nonworking order. I don't recommend this merchant, can't really tell you about the product. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Strengths: listeners can hear you great, so long as it sits squarly on my cheek.
Weaknesses: When it does not sit on my cheek, which is fairly often as I am a heavy user and every ear and head is shaped differently.

Strengths: call quality - inbound and outbound, easy to pair with BlackBerry 8730.
Weaknesses: the "default" ringtone is strange - I may actually have to read the manual to change it
Overall Evaluation: I was expecting a headset with good quality that was a pain to comfortably fit. I used the earpiece at a high school football game today - something I could not do with my Motorola 850. It was easier to fit than I expected.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Good Volume, Great noise cancellation, comfortable and fully adjustable with the wireframe ear wrap
Weaknesses: Needs a wider variety of earpiece forms
Overall Evaluation: I have tried 5+ bluetooth headsets from the inexpensive IOMega to the Plantronics Voyager. This is simply the best headset that I have owned. I was ready to live tethered to the phone with a wired headset. This is a great product!

Strengths: ComfortNoise-cancellation technologySleek design
Weaknesses: None thus far
Overall Evaluation: The Jawbone is by far the best Bluetooth headset ever to be released. It's sleek, sexy silver and black design give it a sharp look. It comes with 4 interchangeable earbuds, and earhooks so you can best fit it to your ear. It is also compatible with the Jabra Eargels, so you can wear it standalone without the earhook.By far the best part about the Jawbone is the military grade noise cancellation technology. It works off of a little sensor that rests against your cheek, (essentially your jaw, hence the name jawbone) and as your talk, it associates that movement with the sound of your voice and cancels out all background noise. Also featuring the ability to redial the last call made, answer, and end calls, and adjust the volume right from the headset.By far the best BT headset on the market today!

Strengths: Noise cancelling is better than average. Style, and battery life.
Weaknesses: Bulky, small buttons, and hard to fit.
Overall Evaluation: Exceptional piece of equipment. Good battery life, and pretty good noise cancelling although I was hoping for more. I could easily carry on a conversation with the radio blasting and no one knew the better. When I tested it against an open window.. No dice.. It worked but not up to my expectations. The earbuds are not well made although there was an assortment. Overall its worth buying.. Some short comings, but what do you expect....nothings perfect.

Strengths: Noise canceling seems to work amazingly well. Works seamlessly with my iPhone. Best bluetooth headset I've used. Great quality of call and connection to the phone hasn't dropped on me once!
Weaknesses: None of the ear pieces really fit for me-- all are a bit too big. My friends have no trouble with this. The headset still stays on, but after a long call, I feel a slight discomfort.
Overall Evaluation: I would recommend this headset. I actually LOVE it. Comes with a variety of ear loops (standard works fine for me) and ear pieces (5 sizes). Am waiting for jawbone to come out with some smaller ear piece sizes. The unit holds a good charge, is easy to use, and the call quality (esp for a bluetooth headset) can't be beat. Have 3 friends with this headset and they all rave about it too. Worth the price!

Strengths: Noise shield works as advertised.
Weaknesses: Does not fit securely on ear. Loop and earbud system does not seem to work well. Does not work at all in the wind.
Overall Evaluation: This product works as advertised. I've had no complaints from callers as with other headsets after using in airports, outside, near compressors, etc. as long as it hasn't been windy. The 2 downsides are the fit and the fact that it does not work at all in the wind. Callers can't hear if wind is blowing across the side of the unit. The fit needs to be micro-adjusted, and still (at least with me) doesn't stay on my ear comfortably for long periods.

Strengths: Light, comfortable to wear, excellent sound quality
Weaknesses: Buttons are strange (concealed under casing), volume adequate but should be adjustable higher
Overall Evaluation: I have owned a wide variety of Bluetooth headsets (about 10 in all), and overall I find the Jawbone to be the best. It's light, rests comfortably on the ear, has excellent sound quality (provided you have it correctly positioned) and very good range.Pairing the Jawbone was simple - it was detected by my BlackBerry and was working in minutes. Using the headset is just like any other Bluetooth device. The one very odd implementation is the buttons, which are positioned underneath the casing, so you are actually pressing on the casing to get them to function. This has a strange feel to it, but fortunately you don't need to use these very often.Like others who have reviewed this product, I bought the Jabra eargels to use with it. Unfortunately, even with them I was unable to find a tight fit in my ear; however, simply resting it on my ear works fine and fits comfortably. I am not thrilled with the volume, but this may be because I am unable to get a tight fit with any eargel.People I am talking to report excellent sound quality. I also like the fact that I can stray away from the handset and still get good reception - with most BT headsets, once you are 15 feet away or so the reception degrades rapidly. With the Jawbone, I have gotten as far away as 25 feet before hearing a noticeable difference in reception.Overall I consider the Jawbone an excellent earset. If not for the few issues I have mentioned, it would be a '5.'
