Strengths: Coherent noise removal, much better than other active cancellation headphones
Weaknesses: A bit big, as is the price tag
Overall Evaluation: The unit certainly performs as well as all the mainstream reviews suggest. The listener on the other end can hear you loud and clear even with all kinds of music and conversations going on in the background. I'm impressed.

Strengths: great voice qualityvoice dailing works very wellnoice cancellation is excellent
Weaknesses: a bit bulkya little bit difficult to wear especially with one hand
Overall Evaluation: Overall the Jawabone wireless headset worked as advertised. It is a bit bulky and difficult to wear with one hand. If you dont want wear it on all the time and want to wear it quickly after you have received a call, it is a bit tricky.

Strengths: The Noise Reduction works wonderfully in most cases. Battery life.
Weaknesses: Wind - it has a problem with wind noise but I have yet to find an earpiece that doesn't
Overall Evaluation: The sound that others report hearing from me is great. The noise reduction does work well except for wind. I can drive the car, have TV on in the background and the other people do not hear any of that.I can hear people crisp and clear all of the time. The battery lasts longer than all of the other headsets I have used before both in standby and during usage. It gives you ample warning that it needs to be recharged. It is comfortable to wear although I don't forget I am wearing it.The button is easy to push and functions very well. You can turn off the noise reduction if you want too for some reason and that is easy to do while wearing it as well.My advice is to make sure you fit it properly though when you get it. If you don?t take a few minutes to fit it right away people may have a hard time hearing you.

Strengths: no fuzziness. fits well. I can listen to music through the headset.
Weaknesses: NONE
Overall Evaluation: I read somewhere that this headset did not work well with a Motorola Q. So far, I have had no problems with it at all. Works great, no complaints from callers on the other side.

Strengths: Very good volume for me and my callers agree sounds like I am speaking normally into my phone
Weaknesses: For my Treo 650 range isn't the best - I need to keep the phone about a 2 feet away. In the car that isn't too bad but usually keep my phone in my pocket and that will have to change.
Overall Evaluation: Best Bluetooth headset I have owned for my Treo which has been rather picky with other headsets. I am very satisfied with the quality of the volume for me and those I call agree sound quality is very good for them. The earpiece is not that difficult to use as other reviews have stated. Perhaps this is because this isn't as effortless to put on as other headsets. I would agree with that but it isn't that hard to put on once you get used to it and it feels comfortable.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Good sound volume on the receiving end, works great in the car, long stand by time, and very easy to pair with the iPhone
Weaknesses: ear loops make it hard to het a snug fit, they break easily, and definitely no the smallest or lightest headset.
Overall Evaluation: I have certainly had my fair share of bluetooth headsets over the years, and after watching the video on the company's website I thought this might finally be the one. When the headset is positioned properly, it is very easy to hear the person you are speaking with - far better than my Motorola H700. Previoiusly, I always had complaints while driving that the other person on the line cannot hear me well. With the Jawbone, i can have the radio on, windows down, or the air conditioning going full blast and people still only hear my voice. The volume is a little tricky to adjust on the headset itself, but I found using the built in controls on the phone much easier. Beware of the range of this headset. The other day I left my car walked into the restaurant and half way through my conversation it switched back to the headset - which of course was still in my car.The only gripe I have is with the earloops and trying to get a good fit. I had one loop break already, and finally resulted to using some of the Jabra eargels. Picked them up at RadioShack for $5 and worth every penny. Without the eargels I would have sent this headset back.

Strengths: Out going voice quality is excellent. People comment on how clear it sounds even when I am in noisy environment
Weaknesses: sound is a bit hallow similar to digital phones. a bit bulky and somewhat difficult to fit.
Overall Evaluation: All in all a terrific headset. Had the Plantronics discovery 640 which is excellent but the Jawbones Noise Shield technology is terrific close call if it is worth the price. Although I have recommended it to several friends and as I got more use to it I like even more.

Strengths: Noise cancellation technology is the best. Stylish look. Excellent call quality. I don't have to raise my voice to talk!
Weaknesses: Talk button is sometimes hard to press. Can't change the volume unless you're actually connected to a call. There are no seperate buttons for volume increase/decrease. Cycles from low to high.
Overall Evaluation: This is my third Bluetooth headset, and is by far the best I've used. Let me first say that I have put the Jawbone's noise-cancellation to the test and it passed really well. I have talked to people and left long voice mails that I could listen to and I was amazed. I have talked on this: next to a busy highway, while vacuuming, watching television, next to my car's horn as it was blaring, while talking into the fan of a noisy central air unit(with my face one inch from the case while it was running), and a bunch of other places. The thing that I do notice is that when you are talking over a particularly loud/higher pitched noise,(especially vacuuming) my words are understandable, but has a "fuzzy" sound to it. Also, while watching television, the television can be heard in the background at lower levels. The true test, though, was talking to my mother and friends on the headset inches away from a busy road during rush hour. They did not notice any traffic noise, even after I pointed it out to them. I do not know if the headset has some sort of noise cancellation for the earpiece as well, because I had no problem understanding them. Usually, I'd walk about 50 ft. from the road and have to press the earpiece to my ear and plug the other one just to kind-of hear them, and then they couldn't understand me well and I'd just end up switching to the headset. I don't even have the Jawbone's volume at the highest setting. Wind noise isn't much of a problem. In my experience, most of it gets cancelled out. Even in a quiet room, I would have to speak louder than normal to be heard well. When I talk to them on my Jawbone they typically can't tell that I'm on a headset. The headset has a nice look and feel to it. I have larger ears, but my canals don't fit the typical round earbuds that many headsets use, which cause discomfort. Thankfully, this comes with different shaped earpieces with one that fits perfectly in my ear. This also weighs slightly more than my previous headset, but the distribution of the weight across the cheek makes it feel lighter. Oftentimes, I would have to take out my old headset after talking on it for 20 minutes because it felt uncomfortable and heavy. With the Jawbone, I've spent 4 hours talking with it and not had any discomfort. This is by far the best headset I've ever used. I've seen this priced as low as $69 at some online stores. Which is quite a value if you can find it. After using my Jawbone, even at $120 I think it's worth the money. I normally don't rave about products, but this one has been just fantastic!

Strengths: Sound quality, noise limiting, charging options, appearance
Weaknesses: Fit and size
Overall Evaluation: This is my 3rd BT headset so I have tried and failed to receive the advertised benefits from a Cardio700 and Palm Treo. I pair to a Treo650 so that in itself is a problem. This headset delivers in reception on both ends, I can hear them and they can hear me. While background noise is less of an issue, it still can be heard by some. Most importantly, the headset must be in the correct position for optimal noise cancelling effect. This is where the problem is for me. My ears don't take the standard "earbud" headsets. They just don't fit! I tried each of the earbud adapters and earloop adapters and none really fit that great. One works well, but was so painful I couldn't wear the headset, so for me this is the greatest issue. You might have a more "normal" ear and it would work just fine. When the headset is in position, it does do a great job! If I had a more comfortable earbud adapter, I would give this BT headset 5 stars.
