  Strengths: My printer worked every time with out a problem. One of the Best-Highly Recommended

  Weaknesses: Ink cartage runs out quickly wish the black ink cartage could be filed.

  Overall Evaluation: I bought a refurbished Canon BJC-85 about 3 years ago and have been pleased with it I have used it for business and printed 30 t0 50 pages a day for months with out any problems. I would recommend it to any one and have.

  Weaknesses: needed service frequently, poor printing quality, head constantly in need of cleaning

  Overall Evaluation: I used to own a similar product made by Hewlett Packard but had to get a new printer due to computer upgrade. I decided to try the Canon BJC-85. I wish I had stuck with HP as I now have an expensive paper weight. After two weeks I had to replace the print head. I had printed no more than 20 pages at this point. The printer continually malfunctioned and I found it to be extremely tempermental finding it necessary to take it to the Canon outlet no less than three times in its short life. The last time I was told to "throw it away" by the Canon technician. My printer was one year and six months old. I estimate that I printed 100 pages on this machine. Great value. So if you want a troublesome piece of equipment that is clearly built for obsolescence by all means buy this product.
