    Strengths: Any potential strengths of this radio are overshadowed by it's prime weakness.

    Weaknesses: Poor sound quality.

    Overall Evaluation: The prime weakness of this radio is that the sound quality is so incredibly bad -- worst radio I've ever heard. When using this radio, you will often be uttering "Could you repeat that?"

    Strengths: Great features - 22 channels with interference blocking.NOAA Weather Alert.Vibrate call Alert.Comes with NiMH Rechargeable batteries.Talk Confirmation Tone

    Weaknesses: None

    Overall Evaluation: I am extremely pleased with the T9500XLR Two Way radio. The unit is compact and has many great features such as the NOAA weather alert and 22 channels with interference blocking. Also the radio came with NiMH rechargeable batteries and a charging station at a great price. I also found the VibraCall Alert feature very useful. Highly recommended.
