  Weaknesses: Battery runs down too fast, but still no big deal

  Overall Evaluation: I bought my Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop computer through Dell's Outlet program. It was a brand new built system which someone had built but then changed their minds and decided not to get it afterall. This laptop came with everything that I wanted; all the beels and whistles, and I got it for less than half of what I would have paid for it if it was built. Overall, and on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 lowest and 10 highest, I give this laptop a 10. Since I have had it, I have upgraded the RAM from its original 2 gb to 4 gb, and also the hard drive from its original 160 gb 5400 rpm drive, to a brand new 200 gb, 7200 rpm drive. The laptop was already exceptionally fast, with very fast and quick wireless connection; and with the upgrades that I made to it, it just made it that much more faster as well. With the same ratio rating that I have listed here, I also rate Dell's Customer Service a 10. Unlike other people's ratings and negative comments of them, I have not had one negative experience with Dell's Techs and/or Customer Service professionals. So overall, a two thumbs up for the Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop, and also a big two thumbs up to Dell's Customer Service and Technician crew. Keep up that fantastic work Dell!!
