    Strengths: Great value, Easy setup, Good speed, and Non-obtrusive software & drivers

    Weaknesses: No mobile EVDO modems are worth full price...make sure you get discounts.

    Overall Evaluation: I have been really suprised at the speed and ease of setup for the Sierra 597 from Sprint. I purchased this because our Comcast broadband service is very unreliable and goes down at least once a week. So far the Sierra 597 has been exactly what I wanted. For $49 after discounts, I definitely can't complain. I'm getting DSL-like speed and it can be used pretty much anywhere.
