  Strengths: have never had a problem with this printer had it for almost a year does great pictures

  Weaknesses: i found no weakness

  Overall Evaluation: used fax and copier/printer heavily and have had no problems prints great pictures would recommend this for anyone with small business from home very satisfied with this printer

  Overall Evaluation: I am using this product from last 2 months.Performance is good but after long continue usage it becomes hot from bottom.Their support team said its normal for every printer.Overall unsatisfied.The company must look after the negativities.

  Strengths: nice print, good features

  Weaknesses: error messages about jams when there are no jam, have to take the paper tray out many times before it will print

  Overall Evaluation: I would not recommend this printer. Every time I use it I have trouble - error message about jams when there are no jams. It just took me 30 minutes to copy 5 pages. Kept saying paper jams. I have had HP, Canon with never a problem like this. This adds many hours to your work.Don't buy this printer.
