    Strengths: Shipping was fast. Prices were very good.

    Weaknesses: Product description not complete enough

    Overall Evaluation: With one exception, all went as I would have hoped. Even with the problem I have just ordered a 2nd of this hard drive, so obviously I would recommend Provantage.My problem was determining if the HD was OEM or a retail kit. I called Provantage to ask. I was told it was the retail kit. Actually it was neither of the two. It was a retail bare bones drive. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and found only the HD and none of the trappings that come in the box you would get from a Brick & Mortar store.Other than this, everything was great.

    Weaknesses: None that i have seen so far.

    Overall Evaluation: I am very glad that i was informed about other companies' shipping shenanigans. I ordered two RE3 1TB drives from Now Direct and they were delivered perfectly, NOT dropped in the bottom of a box with a few "peanuts", like some other guys.Thank you.
