  Strengths: easy to install, original replacement

  Weaknesses: expensive

  Overall Evaluation: This toner does not disappoint. It creates crisp text on my laser printer and does not smudge. Installing the cartridge is intuitive, but the box comes with installation instructions anyway. If you have an HP printer, make yourself a favor and use original toner replacements. This way you avoid damaging your printer. The downside is that the black toner is more expensive that the color toners. At least it was where I purchased it.

  Strengths: Clear crisp prints. Cost effective as opposed to inkjet printing.

  Weaknesses: Cartridges are expensive. Remanufactured black toner cartridges may be the way to go for cost conscious consumers.

  Overall Evaluation: This cartridge is expertly manufactured as a quality HP product normally is. It's easy to handle to replace these cartridges. A novice will be able to replace this cartridge on his or her own. They do yield a high page capacity for printing (double capacity of the typical starter cartridge. It's worth adding that remanufactured black toner cartridges may do the same job for much less money. I personality stick to the original cartridges when it comes to color printing however.

  Weaknesses: Cartridges can become expensive if you do a lot of printer

  Overall Evaluation: I generally will only by HP printers having had bad experiences in the past (Dell, lexmark). The printers are always reliable and parts and supplies are generally easy to find both in store and online. The cartridges while expensive , do last a long time

  Strengths: Used these for a year because there is no other choice in my HP printer...works great. The REAL benefit is the low price and FAST delivery. I ordered Friday...received on Monday from NJ to OH. WoW!

  Overall Evaluation: Very Satisfied with the order and delivery process and the price was outstanding. I had previously bought this product for $70-80 per at a chain outlet....Could not be happier!!

  Strengths: This toner has no smell as some of the older laser toners did. Print outs are very clean.

  Weaknesses: Expensive if purchased through hp or big chain stores.

  Overall Evaluation: Like another reviewer I am forced to work very close to my 2605dt laser printer. I was somewhat concerned that the toner would smell like the old laser toners did. Not this one. HP has practically no ozone emissions and their toner doesn't smell. Very good for home/office printing.

  Overall Evaluation: Buy this cart for your HP printer to avoid problems encountered by using generic or refilled carts. Yes this cart has a microchip that automatically tells the printer when it is done, but HP allows you to bypass it and run the cart till you see fit.

  Weaknesses: High price if buy from hp.com.

  Overall Evaluation: The original cartridge I used lasted soooo long. Easy to exchange the cartridge. Flip the cover, pull old one out, and snap new one in. Done in 10 seconds. I use black cartridge for text printing all the time. Just perfect for money saving.

  Overall Evaluation: I run a small graphic design/marketing firm out of my home and, at first, I was hesitant about switching to laser from inkjet. In many of the commercial studios where I've worked in the past, by mid-day, the air would become so 'thick' with thrown-off toner, that you could smell it. My office is a much tighter space than a commercial studio, and I sit literally within a few feet of my printer. Well, I'm pleased to say I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and the consumables it uses. There is no noticeable toner odor, even after doing a run of 20+ pages, and as an allergy sufferer, I would know; I have a VERY sensitive nose. Which all goes to speak to the quality of the product. Tight well-manufactured casing keeps the toner where it belongs, in the print engine and not in the air. The toner itself lays down evenly, cleanly and sharply -- even when I'm doing 1/2 point rules. The black itself is rich and deep, so greyscale printing comes out sharp and clean, not faded-looking as is the case with other toners I've seen. And finally, installation itself is a breeze: just pop open the 'hood', drop it in and you're done. In this day of less bang for the buck, its nice to see a quality product again.

  Strengths: outstanding print quality - long lasting cartridge and easy to replace

  Weaknesses: expensive

  Overall Evaluation: I used to have a laser printer (many years ago). You had to wear plastic "gloves" and hope that you did not get toner on your hands when you replaced cartridges. A lot has changed for the better. These cartridges are easy to replace and the print quality is great.

  Overall Evaluation: Its print quality is good compare to generic ink.It has Rich black ink for high-contrast images and clear text.It is easy to install.I would recommend to buy this ink.
