Plants have survived without the Internet for millions of years, but one gadget from CES might make them better off.
The Parrot Pot and Parrot H20 from the French based company will automatically water your plants and alert you if they're not getting enough sunshine, if it's too hot or if the soil isn't properly fertilized. The app, which is free has a database of plants, which helps the system determine what kind of growing conditions the plants need.
The Parrot Pot has a built in irrigation system that will water your plant based on that database information. The Parrot H20 uses a water bottle to irrigate the plant. Both systems will be out later this year, but pricing wasn't announced. At CES 2015 in Las Vegas, Nick Barber, IDG News Service.
