Adobe Systems on Monday announced the launch of the Replay Recutter. The new Web-based software lets you remix and edit video highlights from NFL games.

The site leverages Adobe Premiere Express, the Web-based Flash application for video editing. It opens directly in your Web browser and requires no special plug-ins or downloads to operate. Replay Recutter, hosted on the NFL's own Web site, features video clips, photos, graphics and audio provided by the NFL. You can create your own personal highlight real by dragging and dropping content onto a sceneline. You can then reorder the clips, trim them, split them and add special effects like blur, sepia and pixelate. The NFL plans to upload new videos after each game in the season to let fans re-cut their favorite moments throughout the season.
