Freeridecoding has announced BurnAgain FS 1.2, an update to its CD/DVD multisession burning software for Mac OS X. BurnAgain FS 1.2 costs US$22, the update is free.

BurnAgain FS lets you remount a data CD or DVD and add more data to it, like a hard drive volume. Files can be added, removed or edited several times, with changes repeatedly burned to the disc until it's full.

The new 1.2 release adds interface changes, improves handling of file permissions, improves reliability specifically when renaming or moving large numbers of files, and improves overall performance. An option has been added to disable the creation of AppleDouble files, as well.

System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.4 or later, 2.2MB hard disk space, Apple-supported CD or DVD writer.
