Jobs Taking Leave of Absence From Apple

Apple Computer CEO Steve Jobs told Apple employees Wednesday that he will take a medical leave of absence until June.

Jobs recently disclosed that his visible weight loss was due to a hormone imbalance.

In a letter Wednesday, Jobs wrote that "during the past week I have learned that my health-related issues are more complex than I originally thought".

Tim Cook will be responsible for Apple's day to day operations.
