Alive Organizer has all the tools you would expect in a PIM, including the ability to create recurring events, multiple views of your calendar, and a link between the contact manager and your default email program for sending emails. There's also a password manager for keeping track of your passwords. It's all simple to use and intuitive, so there won't be much of a learning curve. You can also import data from other programs, either directly for some (such as Outlook), or via a standard file format, such as a comma delimited file. You can also export comma delimited files.
All that being said, not every feature in Alive Organizer works well. There's a Blog feature, for example, that is supposed to help you write your blog, but it doesn't offer many tools that help. There's no HTML coding built in, for example, and there aren't useful tools for publishing blog posts.
Still, Alive Organizer is useful overall. It may help those who feel as if they're drowning in tasks.
