MSI Wind Top All-In-One 19-inch Touchscreen Desktop has the MSI Wind Top AE1900-01SUS all-in-one desktop on sale for $450, with free shipping; that's $80 cheaper than the retail price and a bargain for an all-in-one touchscreen PC with an 18.5-inch touchscreen. The Wind Top runs on a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, and it carries 1GB of memory, a 160GB hard disk drive, a DVD-RW optical drive, Windows XP, and a built-in webcam. In our review of the Wind Top AE1900, we gave the all-in-one an overall PCW Rating of 60 (Fair) and recommended it for users who don't expect to upgrade it or play demanding games on it.
