pCubee is a personal 3D cubic display that consists of five small LCD panels in a box shape. The pCubee uses head-coupled perspective rendering and a real-time physics simulation engine to give users the appearance that something is inside, allowing them to rotate the unit and look at an object in three dimensions. While still a prototype, its designers think that their box could be useful say, to examine museum artifacts or perhaps end up as a 3D game console.
