The developers of the upcoming Battlestar Galactica MMO will be utilizing another famous franchise for an online game this year, as Bigpoint has announced plans to release The Mummy Online before the end of 2010.

Like most of Bigpoint's titles, The Mummy Online will be a free-to-play browser-based massively multiplayer online game, playable only via the company's web portal at Bigpoint.com. Players who wish to get a jump on the online exploration can sign up for a newsletter on the game's newly-launched official site. MMO fans, which game are you looking forward to more-- The Mummy Online, or Bigpoint's other major MMO, Battlestar Galactica Online?
