Here at GeekTech, we have some lofty dreams of getting flying robots to deliver our food (mmm, tacos). But why stop there? Imagine if we could do everything through quadrotors, and use them like some kind of telepresence errand runners.
I present the iStrike Shuttle. It’s an iPhone-controlled helicopter that could play beer pong for you in a super geeky way. As Gizmodo relays, the iStrike can drop a ping-pong ball up to thirty feet away without having to manually throw the ball yourself.
Since the iStrike comes from Dream Cheeky, the same company that brought you desk mounted Nerf turrets, its obviously designed for office warfare to drop Ping-Pong bombs of fury into your coworker's cubicle. The only drawback to the iStrike is that it only flies for a total of five-minutes before it needs a full hour to charge up again.
The iStrike Shuttle costs $130 and you can buy it from our favorite random nerdy things store, Hammacher Schlemmer .
