Booker is a service management platform with a client base of about 5,000 customers. In this video profile, we’ll look at how one client—a San Francisco spa—uses the cloud-based Booker to see when guests book online, log employee time cards, and manage clients and employees.
A Booker mobile app came out of beta in March and lets employees log in and check their upcoming schedules.
