The smartphone OS wars are in full swing. But why should you be forced to settle on one smartphone OS? Why not have multiple ones? Yesterday we spotted a hacked HTC H2 that can dual-boot Windows Phone 7 and Android, but a new concept design by Antoine Brieux on display at Yanko Design takes the idea one step further.
The "Tube" concept phone would let you boot into different smartphone OSes--and upgrade to a higher storage capacity--just by swapping out the cartridge (think of a Nintendo Game Boy).
It sounds like a pretty cool concept, but I have to wonder, how much would each cartridge cost?
Head on over to Yanko Design for more mockups.
