Sometimes all you want to do is burn, baby, burn. In that case, you'll want this program. It has just about every feature you could want in burning software.

It burns music and data CDs, video and data DVDs, data HD-DVDs, and even data Blu-ray disks. Before you burn, you can see how much space is left on the disk, so you can be sure it will all fit, and it's easy to remove as well as add data or audio and video.

When you burn audio CDs, it normalizes all the tracks, so they all come out at the same volume, instead of some being too loud, and some too soft. If you want to copy entire discs, you can do that as well. Express Burn is shareware, and costs $27 to register. The vendor offers a free version as well.
