Repair Tool for Outlook Express

RTOE's interface is efficient and logical, if not particularly pretty. The program cal recover messages from the current user profile, or from a specified folder, or it can scan a specified location for suitable .dbx files. My only real GUI complaint is that you can't browse directly to My Documents. To get to the My Documents folder you have to dig through the actual disk structure, e.g., C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents.

My other, slightly more serious, gripe is that RTOE recovers messages only as individual .eml files. It separates them out into folders according to recipient or sender, but it would be nice to be able to recover them all to a single .dbx file that you could import wholesale directly to OE where they're easier to manipulate. --Jon L.
