Generic Company Place Holder 3StepShare for Microsoft Outlook
If you'd like to share your Outlook e-mail, calendar, contacts, or tasks, 3StepShare is an easy way to do it. The program installs as an add-in to Outlook, which makes it exceedingly easy to use. Simply choose the Outlook folder you want to share, click the Share Folder button, fill out a form, and an invitation will be sent to those with whom you want to share your Outlook information. You can give them full access, including write access, to the folder, or just read access. Once they receive and accept the invitation, via e-mail, your folder will show up in their version of Outlook.
To keep the folders in synch with each other, you click the Sync Outlook button, and the program automatically synchronizes all the information in the folders. Keep in mind, though, that each person will have to use a copy of 3StepShare, and will have to pay $40 to use it beyond the trial period. That's not cheap, but it's far cheaper than running an Exchange server, so if you run a small or medium business and need to share Outlook data among people, it's a reasonably priced alternative.
