Reach-a-Mail

That's the good news. The bad news is that to get this kind of benefit, you'll have to settle for an e-mail client that's not as full-featured as a more powerful one like Outlook. For example: there's no calendar or scheduling component, it doesn't include built-in spam filtering or phishing detection, and you can't set up rules for mail handling.

If you can live without advanced features, you'll want to give Reach-a-Mail a try. Otherwise, you'll have to live with your current state of e-mail juggling.
