If you're as big a fan of Lego as we are at GeekTech, you're going to love this household gadget--a collection of Lego-style trash bins! Theses bins from Designboom are colored depending on the type of trash it's for (green for recycling and so on). They're stackable, too. If the idea of dirtying it up doesn't sound desirable, you can always use them as storage bins.
Wasps Can Recognise Each Other's Faces
There aren't many people that actually like wasps, so this next bit of news bring both horror and fascination. Turns out that the cranky version of bees are capable of recognizing each others faces, much like how humans do. The discovery comes courtesy of University of Michigan researchers, and the explanation is simple: Like people, wasps have different facial features (well, patterns), making it easier to remember certain foes or enemies.
