Reddit and Xbox One are together at last, courtesy of the new ReddX app. Launching Tuesday, the app lets Xbox One gamers connect to while they play and talk to other Reddit members at the same time.

In announcing the app’s arrival on his blog, Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb said ReddX was the first Reddit app ever built exclusively for a console. Highlights include access to the main Reddit page as well any subreddits that you’ve subscribed to. You’re able to post comments from ReddX and “upvote” or “downvote” content. And you can use the console’s Snap feature to keep ReddX fixed to the side of your screen while you’re playing games or accessing other Xbox content.

The ReddX app is part of a push by Microsoft to add more entertainment apps to its consoles. In June, the company unveiled plans to add 45 new apps to Xbox One and Xbox 360, including free apps for Comedy Central, HBO Go, and Twitter.
