One Russian RC enthusiast has made science-fiction a reality, creating a flying DeLorean that even Doc Brown himself would be proud of. The Back To The Future 2-inspired build makes use of a radio-controlled quadrotor, and although it is by no means full-size, it is undoubtedly fully awesome.

Created by native18 on YouTube, this custom-build comes complete with LED headlights, tail-lights and glowing "wheels." While the DIY DeLorean pays further homage to the 1989 movie with a decorative Mr. Fusion power generator, this homemade flying machine actually gets its jiggawatts from a more everyday power source--a lithium-polymer battery.

For those of you that can understand Russian, you can get details on the construction process on the Leader Hobby RC Design forum. For those of you who can't speak Russian, however, we can tell you that this build makes use of a Turnigy 2204-14T motor, a HobbyKing 12A speed controller, and a MultiWii.
