Barnes and Noble has introduced its new Nook tablet in a clear stab at Amazon’s tablet, the Kindle Fire. If you’re looking for a cheap tablet to use as an e-reader and for some light web surfing, lower-priced tablets such as the Nook and the Kindle Fire look like great bargains.
