Innovative Phone Interface Requires Only a Thumb to Operate

The First Else prototype phone from Israel’s Else is designed to facilitate navigation using only a single hand. It does this by substituting a fan for the usual grid of icons on the phone’s screen. Main functions are stored in wedges that splay out when activated, and tthen further expand to reveal more data.
