The Pre’s webOS software is touch-friendly and fun, but the cramped QWERTY keyboard detracts from the phone’s usability.
The Palm Pre smartphone and the company’s much-anticipated new operating system–called webOS–is just out and available from Sprint. WebOS is clean, engaging and intuitive but the main problems with the Pre key to the hardware and construction of the device.
